Job Description: Hunter AHP Resourcing have several exciting locum opportunities for hospital experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join a large NHS Hospital service based in the West Midlands. The hospital is based within a commutable distance by car to Birmingham, Coventry, and many other areas of the West Midlands. The service may also able to offer some very competitively priced accommodation based on site.
Our client is currently seeking three locum Clinical Pharmacists on an immediate basis, to join their friendly inpatient team as soon as possible.
The work involved will be predominantly ward based, covering medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and assisting at the point of patient discharge. There may be a small amount of inpatient dispensary work involved too throughout the week. The service are seeking experienced Pharmacists and can offer work up to Band 8a for the right applicant.
These locum roles are due to start immediately, with a working pattern of Monday – Friday, 5 days per week, 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
The contract lengths of these roles will be up to 4 months, so this is a chance to undertake some long term locum working!
Pay rate for this role will depend on your prior experience and banding.
– £28 – £35 per hour
– Ward/dispensary based work – NHS Hospital service
– Start date: January 2020
– Duration: 4 months (likely to extend)
– 5 days per week, no weekend working available. Possibility that the service may consider part time working. 9am – 5.30pm.
