Job Description: Job: Hospital Cleaner / Housekeeper
Starting: ASAP
Duration: Expected to be on an Ad Hoc basis until March (Potentially longer)
Workdays: Across Mon-Sun / Shift times (Apply online only) or (Apply online only).
Location: Harlow
Pay:
£9.77 per hour PAYE inclusive
£11.00 per hour PAYE inclusive Saturday & Evening shifts (Between 8:00pm-6:00am)
£13.60 per hour PAYE inclusive Sunday & Bank Holiday
Job purpose
To carry out housekeeping and cleaning duties for hospital staff accommodation
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* All general housekeeping duties
* Clean on call and locum rooms
* Clean Doctor and staff accommodation
* Remove rubbish
* General cleaning of the Hospital rooms and bathrooms
* Replenishing all required equipment and material
* Replenishing paper hand towels, liquid soap and toilet paper daily
* Emptying waste bins, etc. taking rubbish to the designated collection point
* Ensuring cleaning equipment is kept clean and in good working order which is inspected on a regular basis
* Ensuring correct, economical and safe use of materials and equipment
In order to successfully commence employment as a Hospital Cleaner, you will need to:
* Become fully compliant with Your World Healthcare
* Apply for a valid in date DBS should you not yet hold one
* Provide references covering the last 3 years
