Job Description: Experienced 111 Call Handler required in Barking

Merco are urgently looking for an experienced Pathways trained 111 Health Advisor / Call Handler to work in a busy 111 Integrated Urgent Care Service. Shift patterns range from 4 to 12 hours in duration, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week including options on Bank holidays.
 
You will support peaks in NHS 111 calls through locum shifts to meet 111 service demand in one of our client sites.
 
Role requirements

Experienced 111 non-clinical advisor (i.e. having worked in this role previously at a 111 provider)
PLMS record with Pathways version 19 – 23+
Worked within a 111 Service within the last 6 months to a year
Hold a continuous NHS Pathways record (Pathways Passport)
Hold an up to date DBS (or be willing to renew through Merco)
Flexible availability to meet client shift patterns
 
Pay rates starting at £13.08 (Umbrella) rising to £27.00PH for Bank Holidays
 
Positions to start immediately following completion of registration.
