Fixed Term role Until August 2021
Our client is a national provider of healthcare systems to the NHS and Private Medical sector and they are now looking for an Implementation Specialist who has experience of working in or with the NHS.
As a Systems Implementation Specialist you will be responsible that the deployments and upgrades are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations and project and benefits scope.
Key responsibilities of the Implementation Specialist role are:
Project management
Establish clear sets of project goals
Support customers in development of Project Initiation Documentation
Support customers in development of communications, training and implementation plans
Promote, establish and adhere to effective project management governance
Provide direction and support to customer site project teams
On large scale deployments, lead the client, together with the Project Manager, through a gated implementation process
Promote, establish and adhere to effective project management governance
Monitor and report regularly on progress to the Technical Project Manager
Identify and proactively manage risks and issues associated with the project, escalating to the Technical Project Manager as appropriate
Provide onsite customer support for new site go-lives and implementation of new functionality
Planning for and delivery of training to customer staff
Promote best practice across customer sites whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
Support customer site software acceptance testing
Support to internal company software testing This role is home based with travel to client sites (NHS Trusts) and the salary on offer is up to £40,000 + Car Allowance of £5,000.
**This position is a fixed term role until August 2021
