Job Description: Hunter AHP Resourcing have a fantastic locum role based in Sussex for an ACT accredited Pharmacy Technician to join an NHS Hospital on an immediate basis, to work weekdays, Monday – Friday.
The service is based within a commutable distance to Brighton, most areas of Surrey, and all areas of Sussex.
The service do ideally need a locum pharmacy technician with at least 1 – 2 years prior hospital experience, however those without experience may be considered. You must hold the ACT accreditation, those without this will not be considered unfortunately.
The work you will be doing will be accuracy checking of medication in the dispensary on a day to day basis, there will be no ward based working. You will provide further dispensary support to the onsite Pharmacists too.
The working pattern will be 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, there will be no on call or weekend working needed.
Applicants must have their ACT accreditation to be considered, and prior NHS or private hospital experience is desirable.
The service are seeking a pharmacy technician to start as soon as possible (mid December), and posts are available in 3 month bookings initially.
