Job Description: NonStop Care are working with one of our clients in the North West to find an QSW/OT to join their mental health team. This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will be working within a dynamic team to provide mental health support to those in need.

As a member of this team you will be required to work with the service user, their families/carers and other professional bodies to complete assessments and provide care to service users within the guidelines of the Mental Health Act 1983.

Responsibilities of the role;

Complete assessments in line with the MHA, MCA and Care Act
Work alongside other professional bodies and the service users families
Complete visits on a rota basis (PPE provided)
Take part in Mental Health Tribunals under the Mental Health 1983Requirements of the role;

QSW or OT with a background in care coordination
Experience with Mental Health Tribunals
HCPC/SWE registration

Job Description: Search Healthcare is currently recruiting for Band 5 Staff Nurses/RGNs who are looking to work on a bank basis in Preston.

Search is currently working closely with a NHS Trust that is the leading integrated health, teaching, research and innovation campus in Preston. For our nurses, it means the chance to gain diverse experience in a variety of pioneering teams.

We are interested in hearing from Nurses who can work a minimum of 2 shifts per week. We have a regular day, night and weekend shifts available.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical:
* Take responsibility for the coordination and safe effective management of the ward/clinical area on a shift-by-shift basis as delegated by the Ward Manager/Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
* Undertake comprehensive health care needs assessment of patients, reassessing as appropriate.
* Collaborate with other health care professionals in the delivery of high standards of effective health care.
* Lead on the delivery of care, ensuring individual programmes of care are assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated.
* Use professional judgement when assessing patient needs/ problems and investigations requiring analysis and intervention.
* Ensure that patient / ward information is communicated to the appropriate professional(s) of the multidisciplinary team.
* Communicate effectively with dignity and respect to all patients, relatives, staff and others giving consideration to potential barriers to understanding.
* Administration of medicines and treatments in line with NMC & Trust Policy
* Be competent in the correct use of all equipment used in the clinical setting in accordance with instructions and departmental procedures, reporting any faults as necessary.
* Maintain accurate, contemporaneous patient records in line with Trust Policy and NMC Code of Conduct.
Successful candidates will be passionate about the nursing profession and patient care. You will be enthusiastic and professional with a good work ethic and have the ability to adapt into the trusts friendly multidisciplinary team.

Search Healthcare is currently looking for Band 5 Staff Nurses - RMNs who are looking for bank work across Lancashire.

Search is working closely with one of the leading mental health trusts in the Lancashire. They provide high-quality adult mental health care within their in- patient facilities to the residents of Manchester.

We have shifts available on various wards including Female and Male Acute, later life, PICU and a Mixed Assessment Units. Ideally you will be available for a minimum of 2 shifts a week. We have regular shifts available to work around your lifestyle, early/late/nights and weekends.

As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible and accountable for delivering outstanding care. You will ensure that service users are robustly supported throughout the nursing process.
